No. 3/8 admeasuring 2025 Sq.Ft. purchased in the name of petitioner as per Sale Deed Doc. No. 3347 / 2019 dated 08/04/2019 registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Redhills, Chennai-52, within a reasonable time as deem fit by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to transfer the patta for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation. 2.Till date, the counter has not been filed by the respondents. 3.Since the petitioner prior to the filing of this writ petition did not submit online application with the respondents seeking for the relief as sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner will have to submit an online application with the respondents.
4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner is directed to submit an online application seeking for issuance of patta in her name and a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit an online application with the 1st respondent, seeking for issuance of patta for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, in favour of the petitioner, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said application within the stipulated time, the 1st respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter. 7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
