ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to comply the order passed in CMP.No.4550 of 2018 dated 28.08.2018 by Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that eventhough the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram, has passed an order in CMP.No.4550 of 2018 dated 28.08.2018 directing the respondent police to register the case and file a final report on or before 29.09.2018, the respondent has not complied with the said order.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that a suitable order may be passed to comply the aforesaid order.

4. It is seen from the typed set of papers filed by the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram against one Rangan in which, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram has passed an order directing the respondent police to take action under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Eventhough the said order was passed on 28.08.2018, the respondent police did not file any report. Hence, the respondent police is directed to comply https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the order of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram dated 28.08.2019 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
