This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to issue subpoena to Mr.B.Parthasarathy and Mr.M.Thanigachalam to attend and give evidence in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would state that both of the attesting witnesses to Will died and hence, this application has been filed to examine the identifying witnesses.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents, by referring the counter, would argue that the suit has been filed by using forged Will and the names and addresses of the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent have wrongly mentioned.

4. However, considering the facts of the case, this application is allowed. The witnesses shall appear before the learned Additional Master-I on 27.11.2019 to give evidence in the above suit.
