M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' [hereinafter 'WMPs' in plural and 'WMP' in singular for the sake of brevity] have been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'Original impugned encroachment notices dated 11.09.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned orders' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioners adverting to the support affidavit submitted that original impugned orders issued by the 5th respondent were inadvertently sent along with the representations sent to the respondents and therefore, petitioners were not able to produce original impugned orders. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 16 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

'16). I respectfully state that inadvertently I had given the original M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., gpa impugned notice dated 11.09.2024 along with my representation to the respondents. Hence the said original impugned encroachment notice dated 11.09.2024 issued by the 5th respondent herein, could not be produced for the present. Therefore I have filed the copy of the said impugned notice for the present.'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
