ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24852 of 2021, there have been several other orders passed by this Court in various Writ Petitions and other proceedings and due to passage of time, there have been subsequent developments.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of materials available on record, it is seen that this Court had passed an order in the Writ Petition on 20.01.2022 and thereafter, further developments have been made and orders have been passed by this Court in many other proceedings. Further, there is no serious complaint of any interference in the club activities and the club is functioning. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 08.09.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Lm 2/4
