This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.MP.No.12719 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English Calender Month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent stated that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions.

3. Considering the submission, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. The petitioner shall continue the earlier condition i.e., report before the respondent Police 1st working day of English Calender Month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

4.This petition stands dismissed.
