Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of Interim Stay of the order of the 2nd Respondent made in proceedings NO. 11797/A1/2005 dated 23.9.2019 (in WMP.No.31312) pending disposal of the WP.No.31093/2019 and ; (ii) to issue an order of Interim Direction to direct the 1st Respondent to pass orders on merits on the appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 10.05.2019 against his order of dismissal dated 14.02.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent expeditiously within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble High Court (in WMP.No.31213/2019) pending dispsoal of the WP.No.31093/2019 respectively.

SPECIAL GOVERNEMNT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the present Miscellaneous Petitions.
