2. This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 379 of IPC, 1860. The incident occurred on 26.01.2018. The allegation in this case is that the accused had stolen the purse of the complainant and the same is also Page No.1 of 3

recovered and handed over to the de facto complainant. The accused also arrested and released on bail.

3. Considering the nature of the allegation that is made and the matter is pending from the year 2018, no useful meaningful trial can be conducted hereafter and that will also impinge upon his right to a speedy trial.

4. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.107 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram, stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer case is disposed of.
