2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State would submit that the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court passed an order constituting a Committee to conduct a survey of the subject property in Thazhambur Village, 2/4
Chengalpattu District and that the Committee has undertaken the process of identifying the irregularities, illegalities and encroachments etc.,
3. Since a Committee has already been constituted and has initiated action to conduct the survey and for further actions, no adjudication on the grounds raised in the present writ petition needs to be undertaken at this stage. The matter is now sub judice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Subject to the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the parties are at liberty to redress their grievance, if any exist in the manner known to law. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
