This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.118199 of 2019.

2.Normally for condoning the delay in filing, notice would be ordered to the respondent to hear the views of the respondent in such cases.

3.Here in the case in hand, the delay is only 2 days and therefore, the issuance of notice to hear the views of the respondent would be an empty formality. Hence, this Court is to dispense with the notice to the respondent.

4.In view of the short delay of 2 days, this Court is inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, the same is ordered.
