This application has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.2,24,841/- failing which to order attachment of the property morefully described in the schedule to the Judges summons, pending disposal of the arbitration proceedings. 2.This Court, by an order dated 04.06.2020, had directed the respondents to furnish security. It appears that the applicant has communicated the order of this Court to the respondents through private notice. Despite the same, the respondents have not furnished security. Hence, the applicant seeks for an order of attachment of the property of the respondents.

3.In view of the same, there shall be an interim order of attachment of property as against the respondents.
