2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though the notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation on behalf of him either in person or through counsel.

3. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given for restoration of Crl.M.P, the petition is allowed and Crl.M.P.No.15882 of 2022 in Crl.RC.Sr.No.37974 of 2022 is restored to file.
