This Criminal Original Petition is filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of his arrest in C.C.No.23 of 2023 pending trial on the file of the Additional District and Special Court for Trial of Cases under E.C.Act, Coimbatore.

2. After investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Additional District and Special Court for Trial of Cases under E.C.Act, Coimbatore and taken cognizance as C.C.No.23 of 2023. In the charge sheet, the petitioner is shown as absconding accused. Therefore, the petition for anticipatory bail would not arise.

3. The petitioner shall subject himself to the direction of the trial Court.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
