This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.822 of 2017 on the file of 3rd respondent police to any other independent agency. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.822 of 2017 and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Hosur and the same is yet to be taken on file.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Hosur to take the final report on file and proceed further in accordance with law and complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
