This application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (a) To take this report on record of the Hon'ble Court. (b) To permit the Official Liquidator to conduct re-valuation by engaging M/s.ITCOT Limited, Valuer for the immovable and movable assets available at A.Uduppam Village, Puthansanthai, Namakkal.

(c) To permit the Official Liquidator to pay the revaluation expenses to ITCOT Limited from the Comon Pool Fund Account of the company and other incidental expenses to recoup the said expenses to Common Pool Fund Account out of sale realisation (d) To pass any orders or such other orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. 2.
