W.M.P.No.30293 of 2023 in W.P.No.29071 of 2023 P.VELMURUGAN, J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead petitioners 1 to 6 herein as proposed respondents 1 to 6 in W.P.No.29071 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. According to the petitioners, acquisition proceedings were already initiated by the third respondent, subsequently, the same was quashed by this Court, vide order dated 18.09.2013 in W.P.No.19856 of 2013 by giving liberty to respondents 3 and 5 therein to proceed further in accordance with law. Since the official respondents have not taken any appropriate steps to comply with the directions given by this Court, the present writ petition has been filed. Further, petitioner 1 to 6 herein have filed present writ miscellaneous petition to implead them as proposed respondents in the main writ petition.

4. It is seen that though the acquisition proceedings were quashed and this Court already directed the official respondents to initiate fresh proceedings in the manner known to law, and the interest of the petitioners herein have not been affected in any way, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
