An application has been made to substitute the name of the petitioner by the legal representatives namely, 1. V.Usha Rani, wife 2. V.Sangeethapriya, daughter 3. V.Krishnakumar, son 4. V.Kavipriya, daughter and 5. V.Dinesh Kumar, son.

2. In view of the said application, there is no objection from the part of the respondent and hence the application is allowed. Registry is directed to amend the cause list accordingly.
