..Respondent/Plaintiff Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Subpoena to "The Director, Forensic Sciences Department, 30-A, Kamarajar Salai, Chennai-600 004" with a direction to depute a hand writing expert to compare the alleged signatures in Ex. P1 with admitted signatures and depose as Court Witness in C.S.No.75 of 2012 before this Hon'ble Court.

Application coming on this day before this Court, for hearing, the Court made the following order:

This application is filed to issue Subpoena to the Director, Forensic Sciences Department to compare the signature found in Ex.P1 with that of the admitted signature of the defendants.

2.However, this Court does not find any contemporaneous document which carries the signature of the defendants and admitted by the plaintiff. Hence, this application is dismissed with liberty to the applicants to file appropriate application with relevant materials.
