These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23774 of 2022 on 14.10.2022 to stay at Chennai and report the Inspector of Police, North Beach Station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to sign before the respondent on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 8 weeks and thereafter the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial court on all hearing without fail.
