JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (C.M.A.) is preferred against the order dated 09.02.2017 passed in O.P.No.591 of 2015 on the file of Arbitrational Tribunal of the Hon'ble Justice A.Ramamurthi.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the sole Arbitrator Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.Ramamurthi (Retd.) terminated the Arbitration Proceedings by order dated 21.01.2021. Since the Arbitration Proceedings is terminated, the present C.M.A. may be closed. In support of his contention he also filed a memo dated 03.03.2021.

3. Recording the submissions and memo, the present C.M.A. is closed and the appellant is at liberty to review the same if necessary. No costs.
