This application is filed by one of the heirs of the testator who was a respondent when the matter was pending in the O.P.

stage and his name was not included in the suit since he did not file a caveat.

The applicant is also the plaintiff in T.O.S.No.26 of 2011.

2.The issue is whether the Will which the applicant has propounded in T.O.S.No.26 of 2011 are the Will propounded by the plaintiffs in T.O.S.

No. 30 of 2013 are genuine or which one of them is the last Will of the Testator?.

3.Heard both sides. This application stands allowed.

4.The Plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Testamentary Original Suits.
