Arb. Appln. No.718 of 2024 P.B.BALAJI, J.
The learned counsel for the applicant would fairly submit that though the learned Advocate Commissioner executed the warrant, seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant, subsequently, the respondent came forward to settle his dues and also took back possession of the vehicle. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present application.
2.In view of the above, the application is dismissed. The Advocate Commissioner shall be paid a further sum of Rs.15,000/- towards additional remuneration, within a period of two weeks.
