ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. This case is registered for alleged offence under Section 294(b), 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 07.12.2012. In this matter, the de facto complainant died. The case against accused Nos.2 and 3 was already split up in C.C.No.124 of 2013 and after trial, on merits, the accused Nos.2 and 3 were acquitted. As far as the respondent/first accused is Page No.1 of 3

concerned, the case is pending for execution of warrant. The case is of the year 2012 and since the mother case is already ended in acquittal, no useful purpose will be served in continuing the case further.

3. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.800203 of 2018 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Villupuram Taluk, Villupuram, stands quashed. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.

03.09.2025 grs electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
