The application has been filed consequent to the earlier order dated 14.11.2022, permitting amendment by including the amounts paid to each one of the two brokers as commission which amounts had been paid on 01.03.2016 and 29.03.2016.

2. The present application is for permitting to carry out amendment.

3. The application stands allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment.

4. It is also stated that consequent to such amendment of including amounts, necessary additional Court fee will also have to be paid.

5. Time is granted for carrying out necessary amendment, till 12.12.2022.
