ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceeding in Crime No.312/2019 dated 29.08.2019 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur on 28.2.2023.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
