3. Mr.S.Anburaja, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that there is no serious objection for setting aside the dismissal order dated 12.09.2024.

4. In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is restored.

5. Post the Civil Revision Petition on 23.09.2025 under the caption "for orders".
