The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the second respondent, the Division Engineer, Highways, Tiruppur to issue machinery certificate to the petitioner pursuant to tender notice dated 11.09.2023.

2. Mr.P.Ananda Kumar, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondents would submit that the machinery certificate has already been issued to the petitioner and hence the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also accede to this position.
