This Writ Petition is filed seeking Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent police to consider the representation dated 08.10.2023. The representation for including the petitioner in the committee for consecration of temple festival is based on the proceedings passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer on 23.09.2022, wherein the petitioner herein as a member of B party was named to be part of the 10 members committee for the purpose of consecrating of the temple. 2.

The representation has not sent to the RDO, who has passed the earlier order, but it was sent to the Superintendent of Police. Hence it is sufficient to direct the petitioner to make representation to the RDO requesting him to ensure the earlier order passed by him on 23.09.2022 is scrupulously followed.
