PRAYER in W.P.No.33304 of 2017 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other order or writ or direction in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records comprised in admission moment order as made in No.Edn/I B.Sc.(Ag.)/UTP-PS/Admn.2017-2018/Movement Order/2017 dated 28.11.2017 and the consequential order made in No.Edn/UG/Admission 2017-2018/2017, dated 5.12.2017, on the file of the third respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to allow the petitioner to continue in B.Sc., Agriculture in the third respondent college.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed assailing the impugned order dated 28.11.2017 and the consequential order dated 5.12.2017 of the 3rd respondent and for a direction to the 3rd respondent to allow the petitioner to continue B.Sc., Agriculture course in the third respondent college.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous.
