ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.10 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent registered for the offences under Section 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, as against the petitioners.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation, the first respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.466 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submissions, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
