C.M.P.No.23638 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.SR.30705 of 2019 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 3rd respondent, owner of the vehicle, remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for the 3rd respondent.

3.Though notice was served on the respondents 1 & 2 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 6 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
