This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21453 of 2022 dated 14.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Jayankondam everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
