Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to strictly adhere to UGC norms and strictly follow the GT, OBC non-creamy layer, SC and ST reservation set up prescribed by UGC in selection and publishing of TNSET-2017 exam results pursuant to the representation dated 27.04.2017 given by the Petitioner. 2. We have heard Mr.U.Bharanidharan, Additional Government Pleader, for respondents 2 and 3.

3. The petitioner seeks direction against the third respondent to strictly adhere to the UGC norms and strictly follow the GT, OBC non-creamy layer, SC and ST reservation prescribed by the UGC in selection and publication of TNSET-2017 exam results.

4. Six years have passed thereafter. The candidates must have been selected. They are also not parties to the writ petition.
