This petition has been filed seeking relief to call for the records and set aside the docket order in D.V.C.No.11 of 2018 dated 04.10.2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-Additional Mahila Court, Chengalpet as illegal. 2.

In spite of repeated adjournments, neither the petitioner nor his counsel has appeared before this Court to submit their case. For the past two hearings, this case has been posted under the caption "For orders". Even after knowing the same, the petitioner did not turn up to present his case. Further the petitioner is not taking any steps to serve summons to the respondent.
