The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to survey the petitioner land in S.No.335/9 to an extent of 29 cents situated at Gudalur Village, Sholingar Taluk, Ranipet District and make necessary corrections in the extent of land in patta and in FMB by considering the representation dated 19.08.2024.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he submitted an online application in Application No.2024/0123/37/000671 dated 06.05.2024, seeking to survey the petitioner's land in S.No.335/98 to an extent of 29 cents situated at Gudalur Village, Sholingar Taluk, Ranipet District. The petitioner purchased the above mentioned land under a registered sale deed dated 01.07.2002. Since the online application of the petitioner was not considered by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2024 will be considered by the respondents 3 and 4 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
