WMP.No.31410 of 2022 in W.P.No.28386 of 2019 BATTU DEVANAND,J This miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner in the place of Late.T.Sakkapa, who is the petitioner in the main writ petition in W.P.No.28386 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.A perusal of the materials available on record, it appears that the sole petitioner died and his legal heir filed this petition to substitute her as petition in the main writ petition.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed.
