This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 29.06.2015 passed in I.A.No.105 of 2014 in O.S.No.58 of 2007 on the file of learned Sub-Judge, Chidambaram. 2/5

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioners appeared and submitted that the original suit in O.S.No. 58 of 2007 on the file of Sub-Judge, Chidambaram was disposed of on 23.01.2009. Hence, the relief claimed by the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition became infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
