ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents herein not to interfere with the right, enjoyment and possession of the petitioner in connection with the Schedule property.
2. Though none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that in the present case, the possession of the petitioner's land, which was acquired for the purpose of Electricity Board was taken over and the same has also been handed over to the Electricity Board and subsequently, compensation has also been paid to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. Such being the case, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
