2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one fact as to the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.4701 of 2019 needs to be mentioned, which has not been mentioned in the order. It is represented that the suit in O.S.No.4701 of 2019 was disposed of on 23.12.2021.

3. In the light of the aforesaid submission and considering that the error that has crept in is only a clerical error which can be corrected by way of these proceedings, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". Therefore, in paragraph 2 of the order dated 26.10.2023, after the sentence which ends with 'renumbered as O.S.No.4701 of 2019' and before the sentence 'Therefore, the remedy lies for the petitioner', the following sentence be included: "The said suit is also disposed of on 23.12.2021."

4. Office to issue fresh order copy to the respective counsel after making necessary correction.
