PRAYER: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein their men, agents and servants to render accounts for the sum of Rs.141 Crores deposited by or on behalf of the petitioners and credited to the account of the 2nd respondent's Bank Account on or about the 28th March, 2018, including details of the disbursements made and to consequently direct the 2nd respondent to return to the petitioners or to their Nominees / Representatives the original Bank Guarantee dated 16th May, 2018 for a sum of Rs.84 crores issued by the Trade Finance Branch, Chennai of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited bearing No.84730 BG 180095588 in favour of the 2nd respondent herein for being discharged.
