W.M.P.No.30215 of 2023 filed seeking permission to file a single writ petition is ordered on payment of separate court fee, if not already paid.

2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing R1/the Tahsildar, Chennai to dispose their representation dated 18.08.2022 and issue legal heirship certificate to them.

3. Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader would circulate proceedings in e/f/vz;/M2-2476-2023 dated 28.06.2024 confirming that legal heirship certificate has been issued to the effect that the petitioners are legal heirs of T.S.Saravanan.

4. With this, the object of this writ petition has been achieved. The petitioners also seek certain other documents including the death certificate of said T.S.Saravanan. They may make necessary applications before the concerned authorities, that may be considered by those authority, in accordance with law.
