Learned counsel for the second and third petitioners, on instructions, would submit that the prayer sought for in W.M.P. No.32989 of 2017, the time has been extended by another period of six months by the petitioners. Since the prayer sought for in W.M.P. No.32989 of 2017 has now become infructuous, W.M.P. No.32989 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
