PETITION under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to transfer the investigation from the first respondent - the Inspector of Police, J-11, Kannagi Nagar Police Station, Okkiyam Thoraipakkam, Chennai-97 to the second respondent - the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Chennai in Cr.No.230 of 2022, to complete the investigation in Cr.No.230 of 2022 and file a fresh F.I.R. ORDER

This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.230 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent to any other investigating agency.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost complete and has sought for some time to file the final report by the first respondent.

4. Taking into consideration of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the first respondent to file the final report within a period of four weeks from today before the concerned jurisdictional Court. 2/4

5. The above criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
