This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 232 days in filing the appeal.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the appeal has been filed seeking enhancement in the quantum of compensation alone and hence notice to the first respondent may be dispensed with.
3.In view of the above, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. Mr.Murali Vinod, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 232 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
