C.M.P.Nos.26218 & 26204 of 2023 are filed to condone the delay of 304 days in filing the impleading petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Chandra as respondents 5 to 9 in the above CRPs.; C.M.P.Nos.26216 & 26201 of 2023 are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent viz., Chandra; C.M.P.Nos.26213 & 26208 of 2023 are filed to bring on record the respondents 4 to 8 in the CMPs. as legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent as respondents 5 to 9 in the above CRPs.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of C.M.P.Nos.26218 & 26204 of 2023, C.M.P.Nos.26218 & 26204 of 2023 are ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.Nos.26218 & 26204 of 2023 , C.M.P.Nos.26216, 26201, 26213 & 26208 of 2023 are also ordered.
