No.33314 of 2017 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Declaraton declaring that the land acquisition proceedings initiated under the Land Acquisition Act 1894 starting with Section 4(1) Notification in G.O.Ms.No.501, Housing and Urban Development, dated 25.11.1996 in respect of the land of the petitioner Plot No.263 to an extent of 2400 Sq.ft. of land in Survey No.363/3 of Kalappatti Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, as lapsed in view of Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act XXX of 2013).

Writ of Declaration declaring that the land acquisition proceedings initiated under the Land Acquisition Act 1894 starting with Section 4(1) Notification in G.O.Ms.No.501, Housing and Urban Development, dated 25.11.1996 in respect of the land of the petitioner Plot No.264 and 265 (part) to an extent of 3200 Sq.ft. of land in Survey No.363/3 of Kalappatti Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, as lapsed in view of Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act XXX of 2013).
