Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate wir or direction, directing the respondents to survey the Plot Nos.3, 4, 9 and 10 in Survey No.721/1E, presently bearing Survey Nos.721/4 and 721/5 in patta No.3464 situated at Mathigiri Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri
District in terms of the application dated 08.04.2023 made by the petitioner to the 1st respondent for point out field boundary line in respect of the said plots.

O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey the Plot Nos.3, 4, 9 and 10 in Survey No.721/1E, presently bearing Survey Nos.721/4 and 721/5 in patta No.3464 situated at Mathigiri Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2023.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2023.
3. Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2023 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner's dated 08.04.2023 after conducting enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the interested parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
