2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side.

3. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to take substituted service in one English Daily and in one Tamil Daily both in the Kanyakumari and Chennai District indicating that the above captioned case will the taken up for hearing on 18.11.2024.
