It is submitted that subsequent to the amendment, the appellant has to pay the Court fee of Rs.1,500/-. At the time when the appeal was filed, correct Court fee was paid.

A request is made to accept the deficit Court fee.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused in paying the deficit Court fee is condoned.
