This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27538 of 2022 on 14.11.2022 to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 a.m., until further orders

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
